Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our hoodies are often made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind after purchase

RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

All SarentuSpirit items are carefully packaged and shipped from Canada.

Each hoodie is made to order to ensure quality and attention to detail. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• United States: 7–12 business days

• International: 10–20 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Every order is packaged securely to protect your item during transit.
